warranty on all products purchased.
Systems and Special order items are
non-returnable. If you have any
questions prior to purchase, simply notify us
by e-mail (

phone (303 670 1099 ).
A restocking
fee of 50% is charged if
the items are returned in perfect condition, and
in their original packaging cartons with an
authorized RMA.
All items listed as
"All Sales Final, or
Purchased as a System"
will not be accepted if returned, and no credit
will be issued.
Actual shipping
charges paid by
www.avlelec.com Inc. will be deducted
from the purchase price, unless the return is
due to our error.
The following terms must be
met by you.
- Return the merchandise to us within 2
days of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned in new,
resalable condition.
- You must include all packaging
materials.
- Packaging materials must not be torn or
damaged.
- All manuals and warranty registration
cards must be unmarked.
- Any programming MUST be reset back to
factory default.
- You must pay any return shipping
expense.
- Display the RMA # prominently on the
outside of the box to avoid delays to your
refund.
- If you paid with a Credit Card, 2.9% will
be deducted from the refund price
- The equipment was not used or installed
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise
in excellent condition, and in accordance with the above, and
within 5 days of original delivery, we will
issue credit towards another
purchase. |
